Description
The American soldiers of the Vietnam War, often young, diverse, and inexperienced in war, were thrust into a complex and divisive conflict that tested their resilience and commitment. These young troops faced a challenging environment marked by guerrilla warfare, ambushes, harsh and unforgiving jungle terrain, and an elusive, deadly enemy. US Soldiers exhibited remarkable bravery in the face of danger, carrying out missions of all different types.
